Shipping policy
SM Studio process all orders within 2–7 business days. Because our products are made to order, production times may vary depending on product type and seasonal demand.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Incorrect Addresses:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
SM Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us at smstudioshop26@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
