Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from SM Studio. Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is any issue with your item.

To request assistance, please email us at smstudioshop26@gmail.com with:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the product

If your item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
• We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
• Because all products are made to order, items cannot be returned for general refunds or exchanges.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
